These terms explain how FASHNITYX accounts, products, orders, payments, delivery, wallets, refunds, privacy and disputes are handled.
1. Business and customer information
FASHNITYX will publish its available business, contact, product and customer-support information as required by applicable law. Customers must provide accurate information needed to process an order.
2. Accounts and security
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and verification codes secure. Do not impersonate another person, bypass security, create fraudulent accounts or misuse another customer's account.
3. Products, prices and availability
Product descriptions, images, sizes, colours, stock and prices are provided for informed purchasing. Availability and promotional pricing may change. If an obvious technical or listing error affects an order, FASHNITYX may contact the customer to correct or cancel the affected order and provide any remedy required by applicable law.
4. Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order is a request to purchase. An order becomes accepted when FASHNITYX confirms it through the website, account, message or other normal order channel. FASHNITYX may decline or cancel an order where there is no stock, a material pricing/system error, suspected fraud, payment failure, an invalid delivery area or another lawful operational reason. Any cancellation or refund will follow the applicable policy and law.
5. Payment
Customers must use an authorised payment method and provide accurate payment information. FASHNITYX may retain transaction references and payment status for reconciliation, security, refunds and dispute handling. Payment providers may apply their own terms.
6. Delivery and delivery area
Delivery is made to supported areas shown at checkout. Delivery charges, estimated times and any applicable free-delivery conditions are shown or communicated for the relevant order. Delays caused by circumstances outside reasonable control will be communicated where practicable.
7. Wallets and promotional credit
Wallet balances, Refund Wallet credits, promotional credits and referral rewards are account-based records with the purpose and restrictions shown on the website. They are not automatically bank deposits or cash balances. Any transfer, withdrawal, expiry or usage restriction will follow the applicable wallet rules and law.
8. Returns, refunds and cancellations
Returns, replacements, cancellations and refunds are handled under the applicable FASHNITY policy, product-specific conditions and applicable consumer law. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude a right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Fraud, abuse and prohibited activity
FASHNITYX may investigate suspicious orders, payment abuse, fake accounts, self-referrals, coupon manipulation, chargeback abuse, unauthorised access and other harmful activity. Appropriate account or order restrictions may be applied where reasonably necessary and lawful.
10. Privacy and data protection
Personal information is handled according to the FASHNITYX Privacy Policy. Information may be processed for order fulfilment, delivery, payment reconciliation, security, fraud prevention, support, analytics where enabled and legal or regulatory obligations. 11. Website content and intellectual property
FASHNITYX branding, designs, text, graphics, product presentation and other original website content may be protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Unauthorised copying or commercial exploitation is not permitted.
12. Service availability
FASHNITYX aims to keep the website available and reliable but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, security incidents, third-party service failures, network problems or events outside reasonable control may temporarily affect availability.
13. Complaints and dispute handling
Customers should first contact FASHNITYX using the published support channel so that an order, payment, delivery or refund issue can be reviewed and resolved where possible. Nothing here prevents a customer from using any lawful complaint, consumer-protection or dispute-resolution right.
14. Liability and lawful limits
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FASHNITYX is not responsible for losses caused solely by events outside its reasonable control, inaccurate customer information, unauthorised account access caused by the customer's failure to protect credentials, or third-party services. This section does not exclude liability or consumer rights that the law does not allow a business to exclude.
15. Governing law
These terms are intended to be interpreted consistently with the laws and mandatory consumer protections applicable to the FASHNITYX business and the transaction. Where a mandatory legal rule applies, that rule will prevail over any inconsistent term.
16. Changes to these terms
FASHNITYX may update these terms when services, security controls, payment or delivery arrangements, wallet features or legal requirements change. The current version will be published on the website and applies to future orders, subject to applicable law.
